print to file?

is there a way to print to file with Project? Several stakeholders do not
have this software, and if I can print to file I can share the info they need
without printing and routing paper.

Project does not have a "print to file" option but there are other
alternatives for your stakeholders who do not have Project installed.
Here are some options:
1. You can save Project files in several formats
2. Go to our MVP website at: http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
and check out FAQ 16 - Project Viewer
3. If you have some VBA experience, Project data can be exported to
several different applications that support VBA
