Printer Formating

I have a number of users who edit the same document and because they have
different printers attached to their systems, it automatically reformats the
document to match their printer and then they have to reformat the document
to make it look readable/usable again. Is their a generic print driver that
I should be using for the users, so that they will not have to go through
that process.

I think the best you'll be able to do is pick one driver that everybody uses
to view and edit. Either print these documents only on that particular
printer, or reformat them only when they're ready to print on the local
printer.
