If all I want is a single plain label, I don't use Publisher. If I want a
label with some sort of graphics, then I use Publisher. I can produce that
plain vanilla label in seconds - and usually I need to use a label that is
on a partial sheet. If I had to use Word to add anything other than text,
I'd be at it for an hour trying to make that picture go where I want it and
not screw up my text.

I just can't believe that you typed that statement <space> <space> that is
a positively awful <space> <space> admission to have to make <space>

It can be done but I gotta be honest, I find that easier to do in Word.

In Publisher 2003 I can design a label to print on Avery paper but I
cannot
see how to print just one label instead of a whole sheet. Can it be
done?
