Printing and Backgrounds

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. I am using PowerPoint to
create a cover sheet for a report. When I print the cover sheet that
has a background from PowerPoint, it does not print to the edge of the
paper. It is also justified mostly to the top. Is there a way to have
it print to the edge of the paper or closer to it and have it centered
on the paper if here is an edge? Finally, I have the 2003 version at
work and use PowerPoint 2000 at home. How can I copy the backgrounds
from PowerPoint version 2003 to 2000?
