Printing custom page size to PDF will not print all of page

Oversize page. It's 40X36 finished size. I have created a custom page size in
Adobe; I've used that page size to create my document.

When I print to pdf, the bottom and right 1/4 of the page is cut off. In
certain permutations of portrait/landscape etc. it prints part on two pages
but doesn't overlap, so still can't see all of the document.

Why is Publisher/Reader doing this to me? I cannot see where it has any
excuse. Please HELP!

I tried your dimensions in Acrobat and it printed just fine. How are you setting
up the page in Acrobat? Print preview in Publisher doesn't do well, but it
prints okay.
