Printing Custom Sizes in Publisher 2003

I want to create a sign and print onto 11" x 7" card stock but can not get Publisher to recognize that size paper even when I have created the form in "Printer Server Properties". (This was easy to do in Publisher 98) Please help!

In the page setup, setup your printer, then in the page setup choose custom.
