I run Word 97'. I want to print numerous envelopes with the same address. I
cannot find the option to let me do that. Can someone help?

TIA,

Use the envelope/label wizard to add the envelope to a blank document. Print
the envelope page as many times as you want envelopes. Save it for another
day in case you need more :)
Alternatively you could use an envelope template - you'' find one on the
downloads page of my web site which should do the trick.

Click "Add to Document." Then print page 0 (or section 1) as many times as
you like.

Graham,
I understand hardware so Word is not my specialty. I got what you said
except that it tries to print the document also. Let me tell you what I'm
doing. I have 60 letters all with different addresses (of course). As well,
I have return envelopes (all with one address) as inserts. Can I save this
all in one file or does it need to be saved separate (for printing
purposes)? And does the mailing envelope need to be printed in a letter,
envelope, letter, envelope fashion? The return envelope was rather simple
until I resaved it to the original letter file to save confusion. Then when
printing the envelope it wanted to print the document also. Your help is
appreciated.

In the Print dialog, select the Pages radio button and type "0" or "s1"
(without the quotation marks) in the box.

You only need to print the envelope (page 0) and not the empty document by
selecting it in the print dialog.
If you don't want the empty document, then create an envelope template or
use (or modify) the one from my web site.
Create a document from the template with the address and save it as a
document. Print 60 copies of that document.
Keep the return envelopes separate from the letters.

File > print > pages - put a 0 in the page number box.
