Printing from a MAC

A

Alybg

I work at a copier company and I am trying to help one of my clients with
printing from their mac machine. They are able to print perfect, however,
they want to print in black and white but, they keep having words come out in
black and white and PDF pictures come out in color. They are choosing to
print in Black and white but, this always happens. Do you think it is the
publisher program or the connection with the copier? Please help ASAP. thank
you.

1) Please spell 'Mac' correctly - all caps stands for 'Media Access
Control' or, occasionally 'Migration Authorisation Code'

2) I'm not quite sure what this has to do with MS Publisher as the
software isn't available for the Macintosh.
It's spelled authorization not authorisation.

Actually, authorisation is the standard spelling in the UK, although
authorization is now also an accepted spelling.

Well I'm in America and he (Missy) is in Australia.
So what's that got to do with the UK?

No, Miss Perspicacia Tick is a UK resident, and will be for the forseeable
future

You're thinking of °°°M°S°°Publisher°°°, or David A, who lives down under
with respect to us.

The question, Mrs P, as you damned well know, was rhetorical. Don't be so
damned facetious! ;o)
Sarah,

You know us egotistical Americans. We really don't care if we spell
things differently. We all know what we mean! :)

No, it's not. America isn't the only English-speaking country on this
planet, you know. The following have English as their official language: -

Canada (apart from Quebec and Montreal)
UK
Australia
New Zealand
South Africa
Ireland (not offcial but primary)
Bahamas
Botswana
Cyprus
Fiji
Hong Kong
India
Kenya
Kiribati
Nigeria
Pakistan (amongst others)
Papua New Guinea
Singapore
Philippines (though Filipino is the primary language)
The Gambia

And, AFAIK, all of the above use British English spelling and time/date
nomenclature. Thereare 230million in the US - care to hazard a guess as to
how many you're outnumbered by...?
You must be one real lonely sod.

No, just quite perspicacious. Miss P. does not suffer illiterates
gladly, and there are quite a few of us here who are quite happy to
have such a spokesperson!

Blessed be, for sure...
