Printing from a MAC

I work at a copier company and I am trying to help one of my clients with
printing from their mac machine. They are able to print perfect, however,
they want to print in black and white but, they keep having words come out in
black and white and PDF pictures come out in color. They are choosing to
print in Black and white but, this always happens. Do you think it is the
publisher program or the connection with the copier? Please help ASAP. thank
you.

1) Please spell 'Mac' correctly - all caps stands for 'Media Access
Control' or, occasionally 'Migration Authorisation Code'

2) I'm not quite sure what this has to do with MS Publisher as the
software isn't available for the Macintosh.

And, AFAIK, all of the above use British English spelling and time/date
