Printing Greeting Cards

C

Carole

I know there has to be a way to do this, and I don't know what I'm doing
wrong.

I have half-fold greeting cards. I want to have a photo and text on the
front, text inside, and on the back a 'Photo by Carole' message. I have
a printer that does two sided printing. But no matter how I set this up,
I am getting either all the pages on one sheet of paper, or numerous
sheets of paper....what am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

You are using a top-fold design, correct?
If you have the publication set up in Publisher as it should print, you need
to turn your duplex module in in your printer driver, and print all the
pages.
You may be experiencing printer driver problems, in which case you may need
to update your printer drivers.

It's suppose to all be on one sheet of paper as pages 1, 2, 3, and 4.
After printing, you fold the paper.

That's quarter-fold cards, I think
Half-fold cards are printed duplex and then folded along the centre.

Yes, they are top fold cards, so that when you look at them they would
be 8.5" wide and 5.5" tall.

It is all in the printer settings.. refer to the printer manual or help to
fix your problem..
