Printing in outlook 2003

Anyone know if there's a way to omit or Turn-Off the
option that prints the Outlook User's Name at the top of
an email???

Also, when printing multiple emails with attachments, is
there a way to make the attachments print immeadiately
after the email it is attached to...?
