Printing is omitting calendar at top of chart

I am using MS Project 2000. I have about a 6000 line schedule. I want to
print out the complete schedule. After page 50 (of 278) the timeline
calendar at the top of the page does not print.

Any thoughts about how to fix this? I have tried different printers, and
setup's less colums to display to to avail.
