Printing Issue

I will say before I ask this question that I might be going about this
incorrectly.

The company I work for handles multiple projects at the same time, I am sure
most companies are like this. For the most part, all of the jobs run through
multiple departments, and the majority of the projects use the same
departments with only one or two exceptions. What I am trying to do is to
create seperate projects for each department and then combine them. From
what little training that I have had, this should work, but this is not my
issue.

My issue is that when I go to print out the different Gantt Charts for the
different department, they print to different sizes. I went through the
Print window and did not find anything that I thought would fix this issue.
Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!!

Hi Chris,

By your comment of "they print to different sizes" I assume you are
referring to the number of pages they print on?
The amount of detail that prints in the Gantt chart is also controlled by
the zoom in the Gantt chart view. If you zoom in or zoom out you are
changing the details showing and will also change how many pages printed.
I find the View > Zoom, Entire project is very handy for compressing the
Gantt chart so if I am careful, I can print the entire Gantt bar on the same
page as the task name.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
