Printing labels

I am using Office 2000 and I would like to print selected labels from a
document that has them listed in an Avery 8163 format. The full document is
77 pages but I would like to select various labels and only print those. Any
ideas? Help thanks.

Extract the data from the labels and create a new merge of the data you
