Printing Merged Labels

I have created a merged label document. I have already merged the labels and
when I print preview. The document looks great and all 4 labels are showing.
However, when I print the document, only the top left label shows up. What
am I doing wrong?

Please help!

Thank you

When you do a merge, only one label should be on your page. In page setup, input the
size of one label, depending on your version of Publisher, click on "change copies
per sheet." Input the margins and the gaps of your stock. What size are your labels?
(Older versions of Publisher you will have the option of changing copies per sheet
when you are ready to print).

I have version 2002 and another guy in my office has 2003. It isn't working
from either of the computers. I already have done all of those steps. The
labels are 3-1/2 x 5 in. labels. But they are going to be used by landscape
orientation rather than portrait landscaping. Does that make a difference?
Because we have other 3-1/2 x 5 in. labels that are portrait landscaped and
they print fine.

I just tried that and it still is only printing 1 label per sheet instead of
4 labels per sheet like it shows in the Print Preview.

I have tried all sorts of ways to get a 3.5 x 5 label setup. I can only do it
manually which will not work in a merge or use the printer setting "letter-extra" (9
x 12) . Are you using a standard label? What are your margin settings? What are the
gaps?

Well I was using a custom setup since there was no preset in Publisher for
that size label. But since you mentioned something about the merge not
working with a manual setup, I was checking out some of the other setups such
as the postcard setup for 1/4 page. But that still didn't work.
