Printing Multiple Copies

When in publisher 2002 and we ask it to print multiple
copies, publisher prints the same publication several
times, rather than send it to the printer once and let
the printer generate the copies. The printer is an HP
Color LaserJet 4550DN. The latest printer driver from HP
is loaded on the computer (Runing Windows 2000).

Just another HP issue - situation normal and don't expect a fix from HP.
They have your money for the printer and that is all they care about.
You will be incredibly fortunate if you get any assistance from HP on this
matter.
Next time you purchase a printer choose a quality manufacturer.

This is a known issue with Publisher (I believe)
Try printing one copy and then getting your printer to handle the copies (if
I remember, the 4xxx LaserJets allow you to reprint the last printed
document X number of times)

I have the same problem printing from Word and Excel. If I want ten copies it send it 10 times to the printer. I'm printing to a HP 8000, Ricoh 1040, Xerox 7700. It does it to all of these printers not just the H

Any help with where to change the set-up in the Microsoft appilications
