Printing, Office 2003

Ever since we updated to Office 2003 my users have trouble printing from Word
and Outlook. Everyone has Office 2003 and Windows XP SP2. This happens mostly
when printing an attachment from Outlook but also happens when they create a
new document and try to print it without first saving it.
Here's what usually happens:
1. Can't print a newly created e-mail message that has not been sent.
2. Can't print new word documtent that has not been saved
3. Can't print a word attachment that has not been saved to a folder
4. The user clicks the print icon and nothing happens... The printer icon
does not appear on the system tray and nothing prints.
5. The user selects print from the file menu and the print dialog box does
not open.
6. If the user saves the document or sends the e-mail to his/herself, it
prints as usual.
All are network HP printers. Many different models (1100, 8000,4050,4000).
The print server is Windows 2003. All are using Word as their e-mail editor.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appriciated.
