Printing on an envelope

Every time I print out an envelope, smaller size one, the return address is
now about 1" from side and about 3/4 inch from top.

Set it to the appropriate envelope size before you print.

Is the To: address also in the wrong place?

What printer & what version of Word is this (I assume you're using Word)?
What size envelope is being used?

Without knowing what you've already tried/checked, it's hard to know what to
suggest. A couple things to check:

- That the envelope is being fed in the correct position/location

- That you've told Word what size envelope you're using

- That your printer "knows" what size envelope is being used

Off hand, it's "acting" as if your printer "thinks" a different size
envelope is being used.
