Printing Problem from Publisher

We have Ricoh printers onsite here and the problem is
since upgrading to office 2003 we are unable to print
documents off of these printers only. The users are
required to send a code with the print job and when I go
look in the logs I see an access restricted which is
normally a sign of a problem with the code not getting
there. we had a similar problem with Excel where you had
to check the print all box to get the code sent with all
pages. the only program causing problems is Publisher
2003 older versions work. Is there a work around or
something I need to change on print settings that is new
to this version.

I have inquired of Ricoh and we are on the latest
drivers. The printers are setup on a windows 2000
advanced server with SP4 and all available updates
applied. I also tried searching ricohs site for any
support info they had none. My guess is they may come
back and say that we have to setup the printers with RPCS
drivers which have the code static assigned. What I don't
understand is that previous versions worked fine but this
version seems to proccess the printing entirely different
I am wondering if in the proccess the code which is
required on all pages if it seperates them out is getting
dropped or just not sent. It does sound like more of a
ricoh issue to me also I have put a ticket into them
requesting support as our support contract people give
the typical "Well I don't know why but you could setup
RPCS driver printers " my reply ha,ha ha, ha ha ha yeah
for an entire ogranization sorry are you supplying the
headache meds ?? :)
