Printing problem when creating a new mail message

In outlook 2002, created a new mail message, put To and
subject in the fields, before sending the user wants to
print it out, when you print the To, CC,Subject fields do
not print?. When the mail is sent and you print it does?.
Use to work OK on Office97.
