I have used access to produce a booklet that is several pages long. The booklet is to use 8 1/2 x 11 paper landscape and then folded in half and stapled. I set the report up to be 4 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" long (to allow for margins). How can I get Access to print it out in the layout I would need to produce the booklet (make copies at a Kinkos). The pages of the report need to fall on the paper in the order so that when I put the paper together and staple it, it is in order. I'm having trouble explaining.
If Access can't do that. I thought I'll just make the paper size 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, make the pages .pdf's and put them in the order I need. But when I click user-defined paper size, it never let's me define the paper size.
Does anyone understand what I'm trying to explain. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate it!!
