Printing Reports...

P. Novice

Hi there

The reports in Project 2003 are really useful - for example the "to-do lists" and the "who does what when reports" - which my project team like to receive...

Many of my team work remotely and rather than printing hard copies I would like to export the reports to PDF...

I can't work out if exporting is possible - Any ideas?

Many thanks

If you have Adobe Acrobat on your system, BEFORE you view the report,
select File>Print and change the printer to the Acrobat PDF Maker.
Then cancel out of the print dialog. Now view your report. When you
click Print here, it should open the Save As dialog box for you to
name the PDF and select a location.
