Printing Rows at the top of a group of sheets

R

Rosmarie

Can I group a bunch of tabs and print rows at the top of
each sheet as a group instead of having to go to each tab
and do it separately through page setup. When I highlight
all of the tabs and go to page setup, the "print titles"
is not accessible.
Thanks

You could run a little macro:

Option Explicit
Sub testme()

Dim wks As Worksheet

For Each wks In ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets
With wks.PageSetup
.PrintTitleRows = "$1:$3"
End With
Next wks

End Sub

If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm

It'll change all the worksheets that are grouped.
