Printing to Designjet 30n

We are having problems with some users being able to print from Publisher
2003 to a DesignJet 30n. There are a few that are able to print to it. I have
checked the settings on all pc's and they are all the same. Publisher will
print just fine to other printers. It is setup as a network printer. Any help
would be apprecieated. thanks.

HP has very good support, this is where you probably should inquire. If some of your
users are having no problems then it could be a network situation. There is a driver
on the HP site for your printer with an October 2005 timestamp.
