Prj Pro 2002 Error: 1,048,000 rows

When I go to open a project file from the server, it opens
fine, if I then try to save it (with or without changes)
if I go to open it, it throws the 1,048,000 rows error. I
know for a fact there is not this much data in here.

I have also verified that its not my pc alone, everyone is
having problems with saving it. Viewing it is fine, but
if we go to save it, it will not open without error.

Any ideas?

I had a similar message appear when an attached file was
not reading correctly. It was a .pdf file attached to a
task but I have heard of others, you may want to check
attachments and notes on tasks.
