Problem installing BCM for Outlook 2003

Any help would be appreciated. Each time I try to
install BCM for Outlook 2003, it runs halfway when I'm
presented with an error stating that the setup failed to
configure the server. I'm imagining I'm having a problem
with my MSDE, which is updated.
