Problem saving as Word for Windows 5.0 in Office 2000

Hi

I have Office 2000 installed in my Win2003 terminal-server, everything works
fine, except for one thing.
I can't open/save a document in "Word for Windows 5.0"-format.

If I install same Office 2000 at my Windows XP-workstation, it works fine to
open/save in "Word for Windows 5.0"-format.

Error message at the terminal-server:
Microsoft Word can't import the specified format.
An error occured and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Please
contact your system administrator.


At my workstation I got the question to insert my CD, and then the program
installed the correct converter.

Any ideas ?????
