Problem sending mail correctly in Outlook 2002

I need help with an issue that the CEO of the company I work for is
having with Outlook 2002.

BackGround: Running Exchange 2000 Advanced all clients using either
outlook 2000/20002 or the web client.


The CEO is Running Outlook 2002. He has multiple email accounts
configured in outlook. He is having an issue of sending email (new
Messages) and having the wrong return address put in the from field.
Exchange is set as the default account. I can not find anything
wrong. He is the only one having this problem.

Anyone have any ideas?
