I am unable to send most web pages to One Note. When I click the IE toolbar
icon "Send to One Note," I receive the following error message:
"One note add-ins have been disabled. Contact your system administrator to
enable them."
I have a fully-enabled administrator account on my computer and One Note
Tools indicates that add-ins are enabled, so I don't understand why the send
to One Note function does not work. My computer OS is Vista Business Build

Of note, I am able to send web pages on the microsoft.com web site to One
Note and I can cut and paste from any web page to One Note. I only have a
problem with the "Send to One Note" function.
Any suggestions appreciated.
