Gang,
We have a computer with Office 2000 on it. When we start Outlook, which
has not been set up yet, we get a message stating "The Operation Failed".
If we click on OK or X it goes away as does the outlook instance. I have
tried removing Outlook and reinstalling, but I don't think I got it fully
removed - you know how things get into the registry and is hard to get out.
I would like to remove all of Office, but want to make sure it is ALL out
before reinstalling. What is the best way to do this?
Thanks
