Problem with caledar...

hello to everybody,
I’m trying to set up the calendar on a old project, but unfortunately,
when I change the calendar, the schedule don’t change... (Project ->
Project Information... and change the calendar to the enterprise
calendar.... AND Task information -> Advanced and set up the calendar
for all the task... AND Tool -> options... -> Calendar and set up the
different start and finish hours....)
Everywhere I have set up the starts at 8 AM, but the task still start
at 7 AM...
What I’m doing wrong???? What are the different among every setting???
How can I avoid to use the minutes on the schedule??? (for example I
have a task that start for 11 minutes on Monday and continues for 3
hours and 49 minutes on Tuesday)....
