problem with endnote

Hello
I have question about an endnote 5.0 software. I set the journal style
to what I need. The preview in the library showed correctly what I
want. But when it appeared in the word document, it showed different
style. I did do the format bibliography but nothing change.
Anybody has any suggestion?
