PROBLEM WITH FORMS

I HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE IN MY OFFICE THAT ARE WORKING ON DIFFERENT PARTS OF A
LARGE DOCUMENT. I CREATED TEMPLATES WITH FORM FIELDS THAT THEY COULD FILL IN.
I HAVE NOW COLLECTED ALL THE PARTS TOGETHER AND CANNOT EDIT THE TEXT. THE
SPELL CHECK WILL NOT RUN AND IF I TRY TO GET INTO THE STUFF THEY WROTE THE
TEXT IS NOW IN A BLOCK. I HAVE UNLOCKED THE FORM AND THIS HAS NOT HELPED.

First, turn off your CAPS LOCK key and stop using your Enter key to end
lines so that your message can be read.

Second, this newsgroup is about using the visual basic for applications
programming language in Word. I suspect that you do not want to be
attempting that. You might get a better response to your questions in the
word.mailmerge.fields or word.newuser newsgroups.
