Problem with Microsoft Office XP Professional 2002 Installation

Had to reinstall windows XP Pro, therefore having to
reinstall Office XP Pro. Everything installed great,
updated fantastically, went to use Word 2002 for the
first time. Visual Baisc Dialog box popped up with the
statement, "Compiler error in hidden module" Also cannot
activate product. Help. Thanks
