Hello,
I've upgrated a client from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003.
She has two accounts on this particular machine set-up,
one an exchange account and one a pop/smtp account which
is the default. With the old Outlook, if I would send an
email to an internal account using the address book
(exchange), it would automatically use the exchange
settings to send it. In 2003, when I choose a name from
the outlook address book, it wants to send it using the
pop3/smtp account, which is the default account. There
must be a setting or something that has to be changed
because this worked fine before without having to choose
which account to use, it automatically did it for you.
Thanks for any help.
