Problem with Outlook 2002 to open attatch files

Could you please help ??
When I try to open an attach file even if is in my
Personal folder or in my Exchange mailbox it take 2 till 3
minites to open it. This problem is frequent with Excel
files. Any advises are well comes in order to solve this
problem.

NB : I'm using Office XP SP3 and OS : W2000 SP4
