Problem with Outlook

Larry

When opening a new message, there is no send key.
Send/Receive doesn't work. We have XP and Outlook 2002.
We think the problem began when we downloaded Earthlink's
new anti-spam email program. It looks just like
Outlook. We think it corrupted or removed files. The
Earthlink program is gone but we still can't get Outlook
to work correctly.

Another problem is that we have tried to remove Outlook
completely from the system. To do this, we have to un-
install XP Small Office. This didn't solve the problem
so we have since gone into the sub-directories and erased
them. We have removed all traces from the registry.
We've done everything we can think of to remove the
program completely but it's not working.

Does anybody know where Outlook hides the information for
the email accounts? Just when we think we have erased
all traces of Outlook and reload Small Office XP, it
knows that there was an existing program and it still can
bring up the email account profiles. Where are they
hidden? And, has anybody else experienced this type of
problem. Thanks. Larry
