problem with publisher 2000 ,previewing and saving as web page in win 2k

I recently installed win 2k professional. Now when I try
to preview or save as a webpage I receive and error that
the images are too large or I'm out of memory. Neither of
these problems seems to be true. The files I'm trying to
preview/save as a web page have worked fine before, The
only changes have been to text.
