Problem with Video Email

Has anyone receive this error "Failed to convert a file
to WMV format" when using Outlook 2003 to send Video
Email?

I briefly tried the add-in, found it more trouble than it was worth and
uninstalled it. Using IM is so much easier.

Yes, I am having the exact same problem. I have tried a
few things I can think of and double checked to make sure
movie maker could save to WMV and record WMV and it works
fine. It is a cool feature, but it just doesn't seem to
be entirely stable yet.

I believe it is unsupported so there may never be a KB
article on it.

anyone figured out the problem?
