Problems Deploying PWA Active X components.

I am attempting to develope and MSI install that will load and registe
the client components for Project Server 2k3. However I cannot get th
components manually installed, which needless to say is preventing m
from making a working MSI.

Currently I following the directions given <

I am placing the files in a subfolder of "Program Files" and the
manually using regserv32 on them (all returning successful results)
However when I go to the website for the project server I still an
shown the EULA and asked to install the activeX controls.
I have tried deploying both the DLLs from microsoft and the ones foun
on our Project server and still the same result.

The one thing that I have noticed is that serveral sources point t
loading the DLLS and OCXs in the Downloaded Program Files folder, thi
folder is unwriteable, eventhough I am an administrative user, mus
these files be there
