Very recently, whenever I try saving to my use flash drive from
Publisher, I get the message ' The directory or File cannot be
created'.
How do I solve this problem?

No. The total space is 496 and there is 490 free space available. This
problem started happening only 4 days ago.

Tried copying and I got the same message.

If you are using Publisher to copy, then you're not copying, you're just
re-saving. You need to be using Windows Explorer (or similar) to properly
copy.

If you get the message when copying, then the problem is not with Publisher,
but (probably) with the drive.

*Never* save a file directly to any sort of removable storage (floppies,
CD-Rs, flash drives, etc).

You need to copy the file from your hard drive to the flash drive within
Windows Explorer.
