here's the problem: when i start outlook, it runs fine. however, if
i exit outlook, and try to start is again later, it wont open. if i
go into the task manager, the previous instance of outlook is still
running, even though i've closed out of the application completely.
if i kill that process, the new instance i'm trying to launch comes
right up. does anybody have any thoughts?
