I recently upgraded to 2000 Prof. and set off to upgrade
my Office 2000 over the internet with the SR-1. Now I can
open any of my office programs because the key is
different than it was.
To make matters worse, I cannot get rid of 2000 Prof with
the ADD/Remove Programs in order just to reinstall
ordinary office 2000. Every time I ope one of the programs
like Excel, it ask me for a key which I apparently have
not got. The old key will not work.
