produce contacts from recieved emails

I have a mailbox, which has 300 emails in it in Outlook 2000, and I
would like a way of creating either a "contact" or an item in a
Personal Address Book without opening each email and clicking the name
and add to contacts? Is there a addin or a way of doing this?
