Producing a Book/Booklet

I give up! I've been trying to get to a Microsoft site
that will help me with Publisher 2000 that I "supposedly"
have installed through "Office." I want to type out
classmate Bios (for a Class Reunion Booklet)sent to me, so
that the 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 pages can be printed on a regular 8
1/2 x 11 sheet of paper and the Program will allow me to
print out the pages in order, regardless of where the
classmate name comes. In other words, I may have a name
beginning with "B" on page 6 but the other side of that 8
1/2 x 11 page may be page 27 with a classmate's name
beginning with "T." There must be a way to do this. I am
not able to get my Publisher 2000 to show the first step,
the CATALOG. I've tried the Options route and that
doesn't do it. Any ideas?

How do you do this format in Word? [So I can send newsletters to people who don't have Publisher - usually because they are Mac users or impoverished students.]

You don't. You create a PDF, so people don't even have to have Word to be
able to open the files.
www.pdf995.com www.docu-track.com www.adobe.com are a few sites that have
PDF converters
