product code doesnt work

I have front page 2002 I have had it installed on my computer recently I had
to reformat my computer and I upgraded from windows 2000 to xp now when i try
to install front page it says the product key is invalid why would this
happen?

Make sure you're using the "product Key" from the sticker on the back of the CD case.
When entering it remember it is CaSe sensitive, and also be careful with letter: o and zero: 0
