Product code not taking

I just downloaded WorksSuite 2005. Now I'm trying to open an e-mail with a
Word 2003 attachment. The attachment is prompting me to enter my product
code. I did that but it says my code is invalid. I went to Microsoft &
downloaded any updates but it didn't help.
