hello,

I previously had a product ID, unfortunately i reformatted
my pc. Could I have the same product ID registered again?

What product? If you have Publisher 2003-03 you will have to activate again. Use the
phone number on the activation screen and explain the situation. Otherwise, if you
are reinstalling earlier versions of Publisher the Code Key on the CD will do again.
