Product Re-Activation

I recently had to reformat my hard drive. I reinstalled Microsoft Office but,
now when I access it I am prompted to activate. However, when I try to do so
I am told that the product is already registered on another computer, I guess
from before I reformatted. Any suggestions on how to get around this loop as
I am allowed limited times to use it until registere? thanks,

when it asks you to activate, choose the telephone method, follow the
instructions. you may have to speak to a customer service rep. i had to do
this when i formatted my hard drive...its pretty simple and they don't give
you any hastle.
