How can you backup the outlook profiles of multiple users
on a single computer and transfer them to another pc?

check on the MS site for a prg called PFBackup.exe. this

prg will backup the PST file of the user account. if you
have multiple accounts on the same machine. you will have
to do each user by them self. and if there not to big you
can put them on a floppy. if you are on a network then
xfer them over the network
