adding a menu to PowerPoint 2002 so users see it on every new presentation?

If you add a menu item to PowerPoint, it stays in PPT regardless of whether a
presentation is open or not. You can't add menus that are tied to specific
presentations the way you can with Word documents.

Your add-in can add the menu item to PPT when it loads.
